Z Justynka trenuje od stycznia i już jest -10 kg! Justyna zgłosiła sie mając 157 kg i kazałam jej zbadać tarczyce. Trening dobieram indywidualnie, ponieważ każdy jest inny i potrzebuje innej opieki.
